Returns

If for any reason you would like to return your goods please follow the guidelines below. This will ensure we are able to process your return and refund or exchange as soon as possible. If you do have any feedback on how we can improve our service please get in touch with our customer care team.

Returns

  • We require an RMA for each item being returned.
  • To obtain one please get in touch with our customer care team who will be happy to help with the returns procedure.
  • Please ensure returned items are in their original condition.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the payment method used on your original order. Please allow 1-3 working days for the payment to process once the refund has been received.

How can I make a return?
You first need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before we can accept your goods back in our warehouse.

How can I request an RMA?
Just get in touch with one of our team. You can reach us via Live Chat or send us an email (help@electricalguys.co.uk). Whichever is easier for you.

I have my RMA, now what?
Well...you're nearly there! Just send the package back to our returns address with the RMA clearly labeled on the package.

I've sent my package, how long will the refund take?
