Returns

We hope you will never be in the position where you need to return something. If it's technical help you need with your product please reach out to our team via email and we'll do our best to try and answer your questions.

Our Policy

If you wish you return your items, they must meet the following criteria:

  • You placed your order within the last 30 days.
  • Items are still in their original and re-saleable condition.

Returns Procedure


Step 1 - Obtain a Returns Number

  • We require a RMA number to allow your goods to be processed once they arrive in our warehouse.
  • To obtain one please email us at: help@electricalguys.co.uk.


Step 2 - Package Your Return

We please ask that goods are shipped back in their original delivery packaging where possible. If your item arrives in a manufacturer box (for example, a Consumer Unit inside an MK box), please ensure that no labels are attached to this.

If an item and it's original manufacturer packaging is damaged in transit back to ourselves, we may have to charge a re-stocking fee as this will no longer be in 're-saleable condition'. For more information on this please see our terms and conditions.


Step 3 - Send Your Package

Well, now you have your RMA number and your goods have been packaged, you just need to send them back to us (we do recommend this is via a tracked service). The address for your box should be clearly marked:

Step 4 - Goods Received

We aim to make the returns process as quick as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed. If you haven't received any information after this time, please let us know.


Step 5 - Return Processed

Once your item has been processed by our team we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You can expect this to be back in your account within 2-3 working days.
